This design consultation consists of a relaxed meeting and a walk through of your home or potential home to discuss what you would like to achieve and practical cost-effective improvements. RJ O’Brien Building Contractors operates with a professional team of carpenters, decorators, electricians, plumbers and specialty trades, we would be happy to give you a quote for any potential works you would like carried out.

Room design consultation.

Online or In Person Consultation €550

With this design service, we will help you to transform a room in your home. The process begins by having an initial phone or Zoom call to discuss your vision, budget and personal style. We will then create a bespoke design file for you. This design file will include a mood board, floor plan layout. colour scheme and a complete product list.

03 Turn Key Room Design

Turn Key Room Design

Interior Design Consultation €1200

*this price does not include contractors or materials.

With this design service we offer complete project management, we take all of the work and stress out of transforming a room in your home. The process begins by having an initial phone or Zoom call to discuss your vision, budget and personal style. We will then create a bespoke design file for your room, this includes mood board, floor plan layout, colour scheme, and a complete product list. Once you are happy with the design and have signed off to proceed, we will then schedule a week for the room renovation to take place, this tends to be 4-6 weeks after design sign off date to allow for deliveries from the product list and scheduling of contractors.

With this design service we offer clients who are selling their home a quick and easy refresh design to ensure that you achieve the optimum price for your home. This includes a neutral colour scheme and cost-effective changes that will make your home more appealing to potential buyers.

05 Full Home Redesign

Interior Design & Project Management

With this design service we offer complete project management, we take all of the work and stress out of transforming your home. The process begins by having an initial in person meeting to walk through your home to discuss your vision, budget and personal style. We will then create a bespoke design file for each room, this includes mood boards, kitchen design recommendations, bathroom layouts, sketched floor plan layouts, colour schemes and ordering your pre-approved product list. Once you are happy with the design and have signed off to proceed, we will then schedule dates for your home renovation to take place.

With this design service, we will help you to transform a large multi-function open plan area in your home for example, living room, dining room and kitchen space. The process begins by having an initial in person meeting to discuss your vision, budget and personal style. We will then create a bespoke design file for you. This design file will include a mood board, kitchen design recommendations, floor plan layout, colour scheme and a complete product list. €950 (inc. VAT)

With this design service we offer complete project management, we take all of the work and stress out of transforming a large open plan multi-function room area, for example a living, kitchen and dining area. The process begins by having an initial in person/phone or Zoom meeting to discuss your vision, budget and personal style. We will then create a bespoke design file for your room, this includes a mood board for each area, kitchen design recommendations, floor plan layout, complete colour scheme and a product (furniture) list. Once you are happy with the design, layout and materials (countertops, flooring etc.) and have signed off to proceed we will then schedule dates to start the renovations

This package includes, a custom design for your space, 3d visuals, mood board, floor plan layout, colour scheme, 2 design revisions, a complete product list (furniture etc.) and where to purchase these items. €550 (inc. VAT)

It also includes an in person visit to your kitchen supplier, floor supplier and a personal shopping day to pick out plants, accessories and to help style your space. €1750 (inc. VAT)

The process begins with a relaxed meeting and a walk through/review of your plans to discuss what you would like to achieve from your renovations/new build. We will discuss some creative, practical and cost-effective suggestions for improvements to your plans. From here we will create a considered and cohesive overall design package for your home.

This package includes a custom design for each room. 3d visuals, mood boards, regular check-in meetings, 2 design revisions, floorplan layouts, colour scheme, kitchen design consultation/ recommendations (if required), in person meetings with floor supplier, kitchen supplier, a complete product list (furniture etc.) and where to purchase these items. It also a personal shopping day to pick out plants and accessories and to help style your space. Price on application.
